Terms & Conditions of using webpage Astro-Seek.com (hereinafter referred to as Terms)

1. Primary

a) The main objective of fertility-calendar.com server at URL: https://www.fertility-calendar.com/ (further only as Server) is:

  • provide astrological calculations, interpretations and other astrological services in form of a fertility calendar

(hereinafter referred to as Services).

The current version of the Terms will be available at this URL https://www.fertility-calendar.com/terms-conditions. The User shall regularly review the changes in the rules. If the User will continue to use the services of the Server after the Founder modifies the Terms, it is considered that the User agrees with the stated changes.

f) It is understood, that the new Terms and conditions will come into force and effectiveness immediately after their disclosure.

a) Registration is not necessary for any service of fertility-calendar.com. A user has to provide certain information in case she is ordering the fertility calendar.

  • b) A User who cites a false date of birth or other data shall bear full responsibility for any damages resulting from providing false information. By ordering on the site, the User expressly agrees with these conditions.

c) It is prohibited to use identity of others during the registration process. The User acknowledges that he/she bears full responsibility for any damages resulting from such action.

d) A User who violates any of these terms and conditions will be immediately deleted.

e) The Founder agrees that required personal information will not be made public and will not be forwarded to third parties. All other informations and personal data are voluntary and can be used for public, astrological and statistical purposes and will be handled in accordance with the law No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

A) Date of Birth
To allow the main objective of this website “provide a fertility calendar based on astrological calculations“, Fertility-Calendar needs your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. Ordering the fertility calendar is voluntary, so if someone orders the calendar you expressly agrees with these conditions.

To comply with European GDPR you have to be more than 16 years old to be able to register.

Date of birth, time of birth and place of birth are permanent data and are needed to provide the fertilyt calendar.

B) E-mail
A valid e-mail is necessary to complete the registration. Your e-mail is your private confidential data and Astro-Seek doesn’t share it with any 3rd parties. By creating a registered user profile, you give Astro-Seek permission to send you e-mails. You can customize (Settings -> E-mail notification) which e-mails do you want to receive

  • E-mail notification of new user with the same Birthday
  • E-mail notification of new message in mailbox
  • E-mail notification of new posts and replies in forum
  • E-mail notification of website news and innovations

C) Current place/city
To customize astrology calculations you can input your Current place/city. You have an option to display your current place publicly/or to the registered users only.
This data could become obsolete over time – and therefore there is a limit (3 years) to store and process this data during your profile inactivity. If you don’t login into your account for longer than 3 years, this data will be automatically removed from Astro-Seek and no longer stored and processed.

D) Profile photo
You can customize your profile and upload your profile photo. You have an option to display your photo publicly/or to the registered users only.
This data could become obsolete over time – and therefore there is a limit (3 years) to store and process this data during your profile inactivity. If you don’t login into your account for longer than 3 years, this data will be automatically removed from Astro-Seek and no longer stored and processed.

E) IP address
Your IP address is your private confidential data and Astro-Seek doesn’t share it with any 3rd parties. The only reason why Astro-Seek stores and process this data is to fight with spam/scam and protect users from it.

F) Other personal data
You can customize your profile and input your:

  • Name
  • Occupation
  • Education
  • Phone

This data could become obsolete over time – and therefore there is a limit (3 years) to store and process this data during your profile inactivity. If you don’t login into your account for longer than 3 years, this data will be automatically removed from Astro-Seek and no longer stored and processed.

5. Use Of The Services Of The Server

a) Any user account publishing content inconsistent with generally accepted ethical and moral rules may be deleted without warning or partially censored.

b) Generally, any communication resulting in insult, exhibiting threatening or verbally offensive behavior towards other users, upload of any unsolicited advertising links, spam, or any other ads intended for unauthorized use is prohibited. Breach of these terms will result in immediate deletion or modification of the post. A User who has violated these conditions may be deleted without warning. Repeated violation of these conditions can result in blocking of the user’s account. The account can further be tagged as spam, to warn other users of the site. The fulfillment of these conditions shall be decided by the Founder or other authorized personnel.

c) When publishing text, image or sound data to the Server, the User understands the fact that he/she bears full responsibility for the data. The User also acknowledges that the said data are not in violation of copyright law and do not violate any laws applicable in the territory of the Czech Republic. Data, which in any way express or endorse violence, are of explicit erotic nature, or are for any reason unacceptable for the Founder will be deleted without notice.

d) Site services can send messages to Users in the form of electronic mail, through which the User receives required information. The Founder is entitled to use e-mail to inform the User about the services of the server, features, operation, commercial offers, news, future events, etc. A User who does not wish to receive these messages may opt out in the settings section in his/hers profile.

c) Founder assumes no responsibility for the content of the text, image, or audio communication, posted by the members in various parts of the server (discussion, profiles, Gallery, chat, internal reports, etc.) and reserves the right to delete or otherwise modify the communications containing any information that can be considered to be illegal, offensive or otherwise unacceptable, or is in violation of the license agreement Astro-Seek.com.

d) Founder assumes no liability for damages incurred by users or other third parties resulting from the inability to use the services of the Server.
